    There are a lot, but wordpress, joomla, and drupal are the most popular.

    There are hundreds if not thousands of CMS's to use. Some specialize in certain functions depending on what you want to do. If you after the more popular ones Google opensource cms and the top hit has demo's of over 200 of them. I'd put a link in but I'm not allowed to yet.

    But ya, there are tons but I see WordPress is mostly one I see used alot.
