Does anyone know of a CMS that has the following options? allow users to submit links allow users to comment on links allow users to rank links links can be listed in categories AND SUBcategories I know Xoops has these options but the way it does the links for everything is pretty sloppy. I'm looking for another CMS that can do those things Thanks in advance.
