Dear friends plz suggest me a CMS script with following features 1) fill forms to enter text in forms 2) upload a file along with the form (several users may add files with same file names e.g. CV.pdf) 3) only users approved by the administrator can fill forms and upload files 4) the uploaded text may be searched by anonymous site visitors and leave comments on the article 5) the preferred database is mysql or oracle
