CMS - Site Possibly for sale.

Hi Guys

I have a CMS i own dubyscripts.com Site is very new, and has just got a page rank 2. if you add /downloads.txt to the end of the URL u can seee it is downloaded every day. here is the stats link add /plesk-stat/webstat/ to the end of the URL, as you can see i have had this site 3 months, and i want to sell it to start other projects.

If any one has any idea what this is worth , or would like to make me a offer please let me know. all the coded is 100% mine and i wont resell the code.

as you will also see the script is listed on a lot of file web site.
