Hello I have a new site in development, totally from scratch. I only have the hosting at the moment. This site will need to be developped using open source software and will contain A CMS, a forum, a directory, and a per-user photo album. At the moment, no users, and no articles and nothing is done, everything will begin empty. I would like to know what software you would recomend for such a task.
