CMS similar to this?

    I've been searching for hours and cant seem to find what I'm looking for. Does anyone know of a cms or any type of script that will display the news like http://www.quepasa.com/english/channels/index/

    I want it to have the ability to post a summary of the story on one page and the full story on another.

    I've just been reading up on the joomla magazine component which may give you what you need. I'm considering it for a site of mine :)

    Joomla / Mambo does RSS out of the box, both producing it and displaying it.
