CMS recommendation for site where people can make recommendations

    I want people to be able to add their suggestions for products, and then allow others to vote or make comments. I have maintained a static website (HTML), and a Wordpress site, but a coder I am definately not. Any suggestions for an easy CMS that would make building such a site fairly painless?

    joomla, free cms and search for jreview i think that will do what you want it to.

    you can use joomla for this. (you must install a comment component , if you choose joomla . all the comment component for joomla is free)
