    Could someone point me towards the most simple CMS open source script that i can add to my current design?

    Mainly a user area, and a news sections.

    Nothing big.

    I'm also looking for a CMS focused on articles. I have Subrion on a site and find it useful, but i don't want to pay $1000 for all sites and features.

    - Articles
    - PHP to intergrate into my current sites
    - SQL Database driven (no cgi-bin)
    - not Joombla, WP or other (I know code, just need a script to template into my sites.
    - Customizable
    - Breadcrumbs
    - 100% uptime
    - SEO Friendly 100% required.
    - Addthis/facebook/twitter friendly.
    - Ideally also has link submit with verification
    - Ideally free or less than $100
    - Ideally have users create profile and self submit.
