I've been looking this over the last few days, looks pretty good, it's a newly released CMS. Figured it may come in handy for some people.

    *C.M.S. is “CLIENT-CONTROL”
There will be an admin section so that the admin can easily and quickly update information on the site.

From the admin section the administrator will be able to do the following:

    · Add/remove buildings.
    · Update building information.
    · Upload photos of buildings.
    · Update contact information.
    · Add/Remove/Edit vacancies.

*All these tasks are performed through a user interface and stored in a database. Any changes made will instantly be reflected on the site.

    **SUGGESTED WEBSITE PAGES·
. Home – to return to the home page.
    · Properties – providing information about all the properties.
    · Vacancies – listing all current and forthcoming vacancies.
    · Prospective Residents – this section will provide information relevant for prospective residents. This will include the form that prospective residents must fill out.
    · Careers – a list of all current career opportunities.
    · Contacts – all relevant contact details will be listed here.

**Suggested web pages based on recent websites built.

Is this your work? The CMS looks like it is Dotnetnuke to me. (http://www.dotnetnuke.com)
This is a portal site that has been around for a while. He might have written a new module for it.

Looks like it might have some potential. The HTML/Text-Editor didn't seem to work/save changes/preview for me; but that is a nifty feature for people who don't want to get their hands dirty with code.

No it's not mine. It was created for those who don't want to pay someone to update their site, those who don't know html, etc. It was designed to make their lives easier and update their site themselves. Hope that helps.

My favourite CMS is Mambo by a mile. It's pretty easy to use, looks far more polished than most of the others and has a huge community that contribute templates and mods. It's definately worth a look if you're considering CMS

I just setup mambo. I m very impressed, requires the Advanced SEF moodule to be really good though. I think mambo is pretty complete.
