A few months ago I was building two websites and I get so bored creating html to input, update, delete and all. Then I have an idea about CMS Generator / Form Submitter Generator whatever you want it to call. It basically use a form to create table in phpMyAdmin. You enter your field name and type, then the program generate all necessary file for creating a CMS and SQL file to create the table.
