    Wish you good luck in your search.. our software gives an opportunity to make search by ANY field (search by VIN is also possible..)

    @d_y_v if the website is planned to be in Russian and actually presented websites are predominantly in Russian, you'd better look for desired software in ru-net.

    I searched desired software in ru-net - search without result :( Similar sites I saw in English and in German also
