Hi I'm looking to make a funny pics site similar to lolcats/engrish etc and I was wondering what kind of cms would be best? It needs to show pics, videos, allow (moderatable) submissions, ratings, diggs etc. Anyone know what funnyexams.com or icanhascheezburger.com use?
Use wordpress and youtube. Include gdratings with your wp site or go with a theme that already has what you need. check out woothemes.com. i think their wootube theme might work for videos
