Hello, I had an idea about creating a site..The idea behind it, is something like the one million dollar page .We will ask the users for a small fee and give something in exchange(the site's concept will though be a lot different). I have already had a paypal account established. I would like to know if there is any CMS available for creating such a type of site and if you could provide me with any additional information that you think it would be useful Thanks in advance
