CMS for celebrity fan site

    Which CMS is good for a celebrity fan site?

    Usually the site will have a biography section, news section, photos (with slide show), and photo submission by user option, comments, tell-a-friends etc. options.

    Which CMS is best for this? Also preferably free and not so steep learning curve…:)
