I want to build a single web page with four columns. The first column will contain banners. The second one with a description. The third and fourth will contain a checked image if the site contains a specific item. Is there a good CMS that can do this? I'm not looking for something like a topsites script since I want to be able to move the rows manually from time to time.
I checked OpenAds' site and it's not what I'm looking for since I'm not looking for something like an ad network. I'm just looking to make a page where I can put all my friends sites into one page. I can do it by using CSS and tables but I'd rather use a CMS.
