CMS Field specialty? Drupal vs Expression Engine vs Modx

Hi,

I want to know if what's the best CMS that offers you to create custom fields? I know Expression Engine offers that function, i haven't tried it though.

The function that i need is i could define customizable fields that user could fill in and would update in my database.

function 1:

I could create custom field for lyrics.
ex.
field 1 [Title: _____________________ ]
field 2 [Artist: ____________________ ]
field 3 [Browse Mp3: _______________ ]
field 4 [Lyrics: ____________________ ]


function 2:

I could create custom field for user registration.
ex.
field 1 [Name: _____________________ ]
field 2 [username: ____________________ ]
field 3 [email: ________________________ ]
field 4 [password: ____________________ ]
field 5 [Gender: male [] female [] ]


The Problem of expression engine it is not fully open source. I am open to all CMS and any suggestion to achieve my goals.

You might want to look into using Drupal with CCK module to create custom fields.
