CMS Devloper for Escort Agency Site

    I need someone to either build or modify a premade CMS that would work well for an escort agency.
    It should have the capability to add and subtract models and stats from the back end.
    Also be SEO friendly and custom skinable. I will do the skin design.
    Im also on a limited budget.
