CMS DataFeeds Solutions?

Is there a solution out there for importing a datafeed into a CMS? A plugin or a specific CMS that will do this? Preferably a CSV or XML solution.
Is anyone doing this?

 

Try use Pligg CMS, it can import RSS on posting

I actually looked at the site and see no solution to import the said feeds. I even searched the forums. I will say it looked like and interesting CMS.
It looked like the import feature is used to import articles?
