CMS creating duplicate content when articles posted!!!

Hello, I have a site of mine which is using a CMS(not wordpress, Drupal or Joomla).

    URL: http://www.fionaparr-focusing.co.uk/

When I post an article it is coming up in two generated URL’s.
    e.g.
    http://www.fionaparr-focusing.co.uk/...es/31-focusing
    http://www.fionaparr-focusing.co.uk/...ve/31-focusing

Originally the posts where being posted at:-

    http://www.fionaparr-focusing.co.uk/free-resources/focusing-archive/posts

Then I moved the Focusing archive’s position in the navigation and it became:

    http://www.fionaparr-focusing.co.uk/focusing-archive/posts

Then when started posting again they came out in two URLS!

I think I need to delete the ‘free-resources’ page and publish it again to fix the problem, what are your thoughts, thanks

As far as I have got understood you, you need to edit the url or permalink settings for your site. Set a fixed pattern for it.
