CMPS vB Image width Issue

I'm about to put a bunch of new images on my CMPS vB home page. For anyone with a 100% width forum I'd like to know what is the widest image you'd put on your forum home page.

I obviously don't want something that will disfigure my site's home page for people running lower resolutions.

Where are you going to put those images? If it's the middle news spot then the ideal resolution is 350x350.

I guess I should have mentioned that. They will be in the center column of a CMPS home page for vB.

Yes 350px is the ideal width for an image in the center column and works best with 800x600 onwards.
