    as previously said usually 10x monthly income on the basis you can prove it for the las 6-12months, however if your costs (advertising/hosting etc) are high then it would come down

    Based on the informations you've given and considering all the complexity, this site is value around $1000-$6000. How do you make money with the site? How much is the cost to maintain the site? Is $1000 net profit or it is $1000-500= $500 net profit. You can't sell a site based on words, you need proof.

    $1000 net profit at least. The most I have made so far is about $2000/month but usually it is hovering around $1000 - 1500.

    I am developing the site to add value because it is too early to sell...

    If I wanted to sell now I would show proof but no need for now ;)
