I'm working on to start a Cloud Auto MIgration APP. Some of the things it can do for you are:
    • Find the most suitable plan/provider/location for you from the available cloud providers
    • Deploy or migrate you to that plan automatically based on our constant monitoring and your predefined preferences
    • Base that decision on specific and general monitoring and performance metrics as well as your own preferences
    • Take care of backups for you, and restore from a backup to a new service provider if your current server is down
    • Produce really useful graphs for monitoring your service
    • Alert you by email or SMS when your service is unreachable or performing badly according to flexible policies you define
    • Benchmark your servers based on CPU, memory, disk and concurrency metrics
How does this app save you money? Sometimes your app may require heavy memory usage, which varies from Provider to Provider. For example, if you're hosted on Digital Ocean $5/month plan. At one point of time, your app uses a little over the allocated resources of 512MB RAM. The next available pricing plan at digital ocean would be at $10. Instead of switching to the next available plan, you can migrate to other cloud providers like Vultr, where they offer 768RAM and 5 extra GB SSD at the same price of $5/month. That's a $5 saving. This is simple savings for simple server. The more your requirement is, the more higher would be your saving.

Scalability. Don't put all your eggs into one basket.
You're starting a SaaS app, and don't know about the amount of resources your app would be needing. For example, you pick X as your cloud provider. You grow, and so your servers. You scale to an extent with X, and after that you can't scale or scaling with X isn't very feasible. Then, our software can save you money by migrating you to another cloud provider with no headache

    Do you have any suggestions?
