how can you be sure you buy a cloud hosting and not a shared hosting with super price? i saw many webite where they sell "cloud hosting" and i tried to order just to see what options are for cloud hosting .... but i remained surprised when i saw the steps for purchasing are exacly the same like normal shared hosting ... is this normal or scam? ... buy shared hosting at cloud price?
You really can't tell the difference. I.e. a cPanel shared hosting account on a standard dedicated server or VPS probably isn't going to look any different hosted in a cloud environment.
