    Its a still a trademark name, doesn't matter how you look at it...dont register names in bad faith, especially as you registered it in July 2011 after the trademark was filed

    I haven't jumped on the cloud bandwagon, but maybe it's worth investing in. Domaining isn't the main part of my business, but I do a little bit of it. It might be worth adding some high quality cloud domains to my portfolio (not hand-reg'd, of course). Thanks for the heads-up that this may be a lucrative area of domain investment.

    How can a cloud name be developed without offering hosting services?
