Selling Clothing Niche Site EMD - 2900 Exact Searches, $0.92 CPC - Already On Page #1

Hey everyone,

This site is about 3 weeks old. It's an EMD. It's also ranking on page 1 for two longtail keywords. Comes with 5 pages of keyword optimized, unique content. I've attached images of rankings and search volume, but I'll also list them here:

I haven't been tracking traffic on it. Nonetheless, I was able to rank this on page 1 in 3 weeks; if you can push the keyword up on page 1, no brainer you're going to get traffic. I'm making around $8 a day on a site with similar search volume and CPC (even less than this site actually). So the potential is there (using Adsense, and even Amazon could do well).

Theme on the site gets a great CTR (I get around 12% on most sites)
