So, who was disappointed the most?

I bet Nintendo was, but I was too a little, going straight to that thread this morning, I just began having fun reading all those silly-funny posts.

I guess there was good reason and after all I don't mind that much, as we were all wasting time.

    The thing is, what now?
    :)

    lol

Well first of all you could increase the size of the links in your signature so we can actually read them. ;)

Just don't mention the word "prize(s)" in this thread.

    I feel so empty now.

I can now get work done.

It was a fun little game that developed on its own but we crossed that line and it was rightfully locked.

This will be my only post in this thread ;)

I take da blame. :( MELLA came in and we had to explain it to her!! Of course I used the word 'pad your PC' a little too much, and out of the last few weeks, Shawn just had to come in during that one hour!!!!!!! :( Fill free to flog me. :( *cries* I think I'll go eat worms. :(

    I don't know about little!!!

The size of my links is meant to be small.

They are not serious websites as I just have fun online and try to learn something useful as in the near future I might need a new job.

I use the signature mostly to get them indexed and just because I am allowed to.:)

As far as the Yart thread is concerned, can someone tell me why stop it now and not a few days ago or in a few days? Is there a specific reason? It looked a little out of the blue for me as I got up this morning knowing I wasn't going to read all the night postings, but going to ask what Corena was up doing today (maybe a little later because of the time difference, I'm currently in Europe), but hey! Thread violently:)) ) closed!

Just wondering, not complaining of course.:)

Because the comments disentegrated into *Bump* etc rather then having any substance.

Plus Nintendo kept saying the thread was set up to pad your post count (which was not the reason) so I imagine that it lost its usefulness and became Spam.

Basically it got out of control which was always the danger. Had it stayed topical, I doubt it would have been locked

There was a posting contests going on. In the 3 1/2 hours before the thread was locked about 1000 posts were made. Buy the time you put up a post and refreshed you were 2 pages behind. It was a little much.

Oh, and there there was Nintendos comment on padding post count, the straw that broke the camels back;)

OK, so it is Nintendo's fault! :D

It sounds fair enough to me. After all it wasn't doing anyone any good if it went on that long.

Maybe in the future a downgraded version could be interesting.
That is quicker to end and giveout the prizes.

    Nintendo be alert!:)

Regards to all the die hard Yart posters!:)

Nintendo was probably having spaghetti for lunch, that's what he meant when he mentioned eating worms. Of course he's da king of da wackos so who knows...:D

I'm glad. Didn't matter how much I tried not to post, I couldn't help myself. It was a relief to see it locked.

Yeah, I was starting to feel the addiction, only because I joined in late, luckily!

Isn't it amazing how such a thread can suck you in...ask Nintendo, Da king of da tacos, oops, I mean wackos...:)
