Selling Close to 2 Years Old | Consisten Traffic/Revenue | Haven't Touched it for a Year

Looking to sell one of my websites for some extra cash for a trip. I created this way back in October 2009, since then website has consistently been earning money. I know for sure I haven't touched the website since the beginning of the year, most likely since last summer. So doing some link building or updating the content might drive up the revenue even further. The potential is there, but i've just been busy with school and other projects.

Looking to sell to someone who has good feedback and is trustworthy, don't bother contacting me if you have a new account or don't have any feedback.

its a theme from xfactor, not sure what the name of it is..... it was purchased

 

Is the content original?

 

actually I'm not a 100% sure if it is, i believe it is... but really don't remember where it came from, might of bought it from someone here. Either way if it isn't you can rewrite it and google will love the fresh new content even more.

Looking at the homepage there are other sites with the content, but not sure if it was copied from me.... and for the subpages looks like the content there is orginal for sure, so im assuming the homepage was original at one point until autoblogs might of copied it.
