Clone video Search site

    Hi
    I need a clone of this http://video.filestube.com/ video search engine, it must have similar functionality and a simplistic clean design. I believe this site runs on the open source script http://www.sphinxsearch.com/ so the job is modifying this to have similar functionality as the one above. I have a very limited budget of $50.

    what price would you think, bearing in mind some features are unnecisary and you can edit the script i mentioned above.
