Buying Clone/Convert an Existing HTML site to Wordpress

    Requirements:
    1) The new site in Wordpress has to be fully functional together with ALL the pages, contents & links from the HTML site.
    2) The user has to be able to edit the pages & add new items via Widgets on the side bar, on their own in the future.
    3) The user may have a blog section later on - which they will add it on their own. Therefore the categories & post should be ready also.
    4) User must be able to add in their own wordpress plugins later on.
    5) Existing Flash banner to remain as the header.
    6) With the understanding of using Wordpress, the look & feel can be slightly different in Web 2.0 as compared to HTML, but the colors & layout should match as close as possible as the existing HTML. No need to revamp the current design.

    Please quote me via PM:

    1) The Cost of Converting/Clonning the entire site to a working Wordpress site(theme/template & categories ready & widgets ready & post ready) +
together with all the pages, contents & links from the HTML site + Installing onto the hosting = fully functional site

(You may also quote me part by part on the cost breakdown if you think this is a better idea)

    2) How long is needed.
    3) Payment terms
    4) (Optional) 2-3 sites you have done previously on HTML to Wordpress.
    5) Any assumption or suggestion.

You will be selected based on:

    1) Your cost - Please quote me something reasonable.
I'm also shortlisting other candidates from other sources, so the cost will be compared as well.

    2) How serious & eager you are to work on this project.
(So don't ask me to PM you instead for the quote. if you are keen, please take the initiative to PM me.)

    3) The Time needed to complete

The current HTML site is http://bit.ly/zsPGvz

    Thank you in advance.

Thank you to Everyone for the overwhelming responses.

If you are shortlisted, you will be informed via PM. I will need to iron out the details with you.

If you are not being shortlisted for this project, you will also be informed via PM, so that you can move on to other projects.
