Clone campaign

Hello and thanks in advance,

If you have a campaign that is targeting a country (let's say US and Canada) and you now want to create another for Australia) but you cannot simply add that country in the campaign settings because the Ad will be different and the landing page too, can you clone that campaign and just change the regional targeting?

If so how?

yes - download adwords editor - http://www.google.com/intl/en/adwordseditor/
Copy the entire campaign offline, then change the bits you want - location, landing page, and upload.
