    I quoting a website promotion text that try to convince me and others to download their program. The program use few ways to help you get more traffic.

    Sounds like some spam crap to me! Google specifically states cloaking is bad.

    "THINGS TO AVOID

    Don't fill your page with lists of keywords, attempt to "cloak" pages, or put up "crawler only" pages. If your site contains pages, links, or text that you do not intend visitors to see, Google considers them deceptive and may ignore your site."

    Google only says that to spam search engines with keyword rich copy pages. Their are other reasons to use cloaking.
