Cloaking : How one can implement it?

    Dear Members,

    I know that cloaking is not a good technique of SEO and no one wants to implement it in his/her site as search engines like Google banned the site having cloaking. As per my knowledge cloaking is a technique in which different information is provided to End Users and Search Engines and to decide that a particular visitor is User or Search Engine there are many different ways like through IP Address, fetch the name of the search engine through it's database.

    But my question is that How we can implement it? Is there any site which is using the cloaking technique? Please suggest me.
