A smart company using its muscle to sign up affiliates and Merchants with a lot of promises. Personal experience is not a good one. Found them to be difficult to contact. The no ones home attitude. Lots of good affiliates, but have read same around the forums about payments and that $1 a month deduction I heard of. If its true, 150000 affiliates, a nice million a year of affiliates money at a guess only..I don't know enough to rule them out, I am also checking them out on forums to see if I am not alone in the way I am treated. Not happy
Clickbank deducts $2 per month. So they are even worse than Clixgalore when it comes to deducting earnings from affiliates. I personally don't think it should be allowed with any affiliate network or program.
I haven't heard good thing about them either. I'm also looking for affiliate networks (merchant) and this company will be on the bottom of my list from the things I've heard.
Clixgalore feedback - NEGATIVE, after 6 months with them I've been with Clixgalore for 6 months as merchant. Things were good until the moment when I noticed high numbers I'm charged for. I started to investigate their reporting system in details and ... thets where fun started. Their numbers aren't correspond with actual numbers from my system. They charged me like $300 more with total number of $900 - i.e. 1/3. Typical problems: 1. Commission from repeat sales turned on (I turned this off previously - 100%) 2. Fraud/test orders are included just fine (even if ip's of the customers are not normal) - on development server 3. I was charged for test order I've done from own store, probably because of cookies from some ad. 4. Transactions above approved during few days after they appear, by somebody from their staff 5. THEY STOP RESPONDING by email, simply don't respond. 6. THEY DON'T RESPOND ON PHONE - never get people who are in charge 7. THEY DON'T RESPOND to their own contact forms 8. They were unable to charge my cc few times - I WAS CHARGED FOR THIS ALSO! First time after I emailed them with detailed outline of all sales - they made recalculations, gave back like $200 to my account. I noticed this again with next payment - no responce.
