Contest Clip/Re-design logo contest | $40 | 72 Hours

    I have an image that needs to be turned into a logo, this job potentially has two parts. URL for source file below.

    Part 1: Make the words in the image, "Shallow Rootz", their own layer with transparent background, completely isolate them from the background of the image.

    Part 2: Redesign the image, client wants to keep the nature-look to it but needs it cleaned up and re-created.

    I would like results in both square (400x400ish pixels) and banner (960x200ish pixels) dimensions (the higher the resolution the better, mainly refer to those number for aspect ratio).

    NOTE: If the redesign is good enough then part 1 does not need to be completed, a sufficient redesign will still be awarded $40.
