I really enjoyed watching the show. Man it struck a sensitive chord with Clinton and he reacted in a way that we never get to see with active politicians who are virtually always controlled. His underlying point was that the questions aren't fairly distributed with this issue gaining prominence with him...while it is a minor/non issue with Bush. But then he only made it bigger by reacting the way he did and creating this public display that we can all comment upon. An interesting opportunity, for pure viewership, would be to have the same questions posed to both he and Bush...and see how they respond mutually. But actually that in itself would involve dealing with the past rather than moving forward and trying to deal with current conditions. Dave
Actually he has gone bonkers before. Notice the finger pointing and eye ball buldging in the latest interview? He went off on Jesse Jackson back in 92' and who could forget, "I did not have sexual relations with that women..." Not true. Bush has had to deal with this question over and over again for over 5 years now. He showed us the real Clinton. Cracks under pressure. Kinda scary to think someone that unstable was the leader of the free world at one time. Of course it does explain a lot now. Bush has been asked the same exact question back in 2004. He did not turn beat read, start sweating and pounding his fingers, nor did he get in the face of the one asking the question. Which is exactly what this President has actually done, ie., moved forward. It's really funny how even reality slips through the minds of YAWMWLIQS.
I honestly don't recall Bush being asked about his actions toward Al Queda/terrorists between 1/1/01 - 9/10/01. Wonder why? Either I wasn't paying attention, it didn't get much press, his answers were understated and not dramatic (a la Clinton) or the issue was brought up and dropped. Frankly, I don't remember.
holy cow watch bush get asked the same question http://youtube.com/watch?v=BjB9uMUM6xI what a great answer to the question
Damn, I'm pumped now! Very motivational! "no finger pointing", "we're gonna stay on the offensive". Love it! Keep the path and stay on target. BTW, the more I watch that interview with Billy Bob Clinton and Wallace, the more I see that Clinton got OWNED!
whats was bushs answer to the question?, I think I missed it, did he did he not have any meeting about bin laden before 9/11?
He did a great job answering the question. Like mentioned before he has been asked these questions many times over and he is man enough to say he won't be commenting on someone elses comments.
The problem Ferret and other moonbats have is that while he answererd the question, he did not give them the answer they had hoped for. So, in the mind of a moonbat, he "did not answer the question". Let me provide a bit more support for my claim. Since the moonbats canidate in 2000' (Gore) did not win the election and GWB did, even though GWB got more votes, since Gore did not win, in the mind of a moonbat, GWB "stole the election." Still not convinced? Since the moonbats canidate in 2004' (Kerry) did not win the election and GWB did, even though GWB got more votes, since Kerry did not win, in the mind of a moonbat, GWB "stole the election." Do I really have to go on. MMC (MoonBat Mind Control) is a powerful thing. Once you are sucked in by the MMC's, there is almost no saving you. But I'm still praying for the moonbats. There is always the slightest hope.
HAHAHA! He took one right out of Gtech's book! Dodge the question, mumble a bunch of fake propaganda and hope nobody notices The answer to the question was: "No.. we didn't do anything.. we practically let it happen"
Shouldn't his answer have been, "no, we did all kinds of things. From the moment we got in office I got Rice out to the WTC with a hard hat to plant Explosives. Yep, we did everything we could to bring the towers down and we fired a missile into the Pentagon, dontcha know!" Another poor victim of MMC. I'm afraid its too late for this little one.
