    Hi all
I am new to the affiliate game but have been doing streaming and SEO for quite sometime.

I have a number of SEO clients who I think could really benefit from AM. They are not interested in doing it themselves and need handholding.

I am looking for a service that lets me to bring these merchants into a program that I receive a small commission on sales as well as the affiliate. Basically my clients would be more likely to get involved if my remuneration was performance based as well.

I know linkshare offer a limited version of this but I am looking for more of a wholesaler product I guess.

    Regards
    Jim

you just need to find a two tier program sign up and have them sign up using your aff link and when they make a sell you both get paid. do a google search for two-tier aff program

    Hi Jim,

You said: "They are not interested in doing it themselves and need handholding."

None of the networks do it all for your client and setting up an affiliate program will require their participation and a STRONG willingness to make it work and quite a bit of money to do it right.

An affiliate network is sort of like a web host - it provides the infrastructure but someone still needs to provide the content and graphics and make it all work. So it sounds like what they need is outsourced management. Most companies charge 3-5K a month for set-up and management. Some of the companie I know would pay you a finders fee.

But bottom line is your clients will make no sales through affiliate programs unless the programs are set up right and there is active affiliate recruiting. Affiliate programs are sort of like having an outside sales force so there is lots of work invloved to do it right.

    Thanks FiveStar,
The handholding part I was thinking of doing myself. Basically get them up and running and manage their affiliate programs in exchange for a performance fee. Like the 2 tier arrangement.

Why are u not trying CJ. A wide variety of merchants, products, based on CPS, EPS, and CPA basis affiliate structure plans. You may find ur target group of merchants there. Its better to focus on a particular category of product for better revenues.
