One of my clients wants to use this Atlas system for his tracking purposes. After spending weeks on creating an entirely SEO friendly system I'm told we're going to need to add tags. Not sure if hes wrong about adding tags or not but I for sure need to add in iframes (for the atlas system). So basically every page on my site would need an iframe on it which links to their system. I'm not entirely happy about that, and worried that might affect ongoing optimization efforts. I don't really want to start off with a handicap in a competitive zone, or consult when I already know theirs a problem on the site I constructed from scratch..
