Good evening guys. A client of mine has asked me to help him with a job recently and Im looking to see if anybody is interested in taking it on. Here is what is going on: My client works for a company, a video company who takes pictures of houses in real estate, and turns them into a 360 degree view (called virtual tours). After they take pictures, they use a certain program to make it and then upload the files to GOOGLE DRIVE. Google drive was apparently hosting their files and giving them the HTML codes to put onto their website (which then displays the videos) but google drive stopped and they told me that they are looking for somewhere else to host these files... He sent me these links: http://www.kolor.com/wiki-en/action...le_virtual_tour_and_upload_it_on_Google_Drive http://www.kolor.com/wiki-en/action...lishing#Publishing_a_tour_on_a_Wordpress_Blog Since google drive is no longer supported they're looking for somewhere else to host these files...... Their website is: www.dillonvideo.com If you can do this please let me know... paying via paypal.
Right now they are using a FREE website host. Like a drag and drop for beginners. So Im really not sure... Should they just get their own hosting + premium wordpress theme and host their own videos? These virtual tour videos that they are making, Im not sure if hey require special softwares or platform to host or what? All I know is that google drives was where they were uploading them at, and then embedded into HTML and inserted into this free platform they're using now... Is this something so simple or?
Hosted videos are ressource eaters, however based on their traffic, it could be the easier solution plenty of plugins and themes out there that can so so, and please make them a new websites, theirs is far from being professional. https://codecanyon.net/search?utf8=✓&term=360+viewer&as=1&type=p&referrer=homepage
Unless you *really* don't want the youtube logo on your videos, youtube embeds are by far the easiest to use.
Your client can probably host their videos on facebook, I am not sure about this. Alternatively they can probably try reembed.com --this is not a video hosting site but you can host your video on youtube and customize the player to your liking.
