Ok our client database is growing rapidly. Actually quite fast my question is to you guys what is the best way to keep track of all our clients. Is there any software out there that will keep track of our contractors (such as pending jobs), employees, client contract status, and etc?

I run a search engine optimization company and I'm not sure if there is anything made particular for that?

Sounds like something I might have to write and configure on my own through PHP.

You can write the script by yourself. Its better. You can also integrate scripts like "My Support" to make it more good.

We won't need a my support. I don't think you understand on how many accounts we manage anyways if our clients needed support alls they have to do is call us.

SugarCRM is fantastic & web based - I used to work with Oracle, Peoplesoft etc and it's right up there with them. Plus there are lots of add-ons to get functionality that isn't out of the box. It's well worth a look.

Only gotcha is that because it's designed along the requirements of big corporates it might be a bit much. Sometimes there's no easy option.
