I've had a client cancel a 1 page site because this part of the business isn't performing and he wants to focus on other things.

What shall I do with the site/domain name now? It's a co.uk that only been up for 1 year.

    northernsoundsystems/co/uk

the domain is actually registered in my name.

My initial thought is to remove the contact details and put some adsense on there.

Why not build the site up yourself? There's probably a good money making opportunity in there for you, whether it's selling things through affiliate/dropship programs or just putting content up there and sticking Adsense or another PPC program on there, you could definately make some money.

Either that, or try and sell it on here. You should be able to get a fair amount for it.

I already have a few mini sites with affiliates and adsense on so this is where I'm thinking about going with it. Affilliating with home security and sounds systems won't be a problem through affiliate future and take if from there if it shows promise.

    Thanks for your input guys.

How much would a site like this be worth as it stands? I wouldn't think much tbh.

If you consider selling it then the price is highly depend on the popularity of your site.
And don't forget about the PR of it.
Total value of your site is about 3x of your monthly earning + PR value
