Is it true that clicksor will verify a click by asking for a verification code? That will take 2 clicks and a code for one to get to an ad??

Yes it is true, and very annoying. That is why I'm leaving their network.

I understand a concern about click fraud, but there is no way that system will work. People will not jump through those hoops to get to an ad.

Yeah when I used to use them I hated that, if I clicked an ad like that I would then click out of the window, lol.

well thats a good option for advertisers!! that means when you pay you pay for a real person that is intrested in your ad
or is paid to be intrested in your ad ... lol
but it cleans up most of the bots and bogus clicks out their today

Good for advertisers but bad for publishers. You would think that there would be a better way to block bots that wouldn't lower the CTR for legitimate traffic.

    Nice idea... but tough implementation.

this will surely reduce the number of clicks but not sure that all those will be fraudal.. you are also bou nd to loose some geneuine traffic along with that.

it wont reduce click fraud one bit.

it may reduce it where people accidentally click on the page, but for the pay-per-click sites in china will simply enter the code.

It sucks! The only good ad provider is google and Adbrite (if you're banned from google)
