Clicksor - Pissed me OFF!

I am kinda mad at Clicksor and I wanna beat the crap the outta them, seriously! I had a Publisher Account with them with $42.75 in earnings. Then, I open an Advertiser Account. Their system/staff automatically transferred my Publisher's earnings to my Advertiser account. I told them to transfer BACK my earnings to my Publisher account and DELETE my Advertiser account because I wasn't happy with their Advertiser account. Not only they deleted my Advertiser account, but now all my $42.75 is GONE. I have $0.00 in my Publisher account now and they said that they have deleted my Advertiser account but they cannot give me my earnings back. I am quitting Clicksor and leaving a BAD feedback.

Tell them that you're going to cost them more than $42 in the time it'll take their customer service reps to deal with you. Haha. :)

    Question:
Did you ask to have your earnings transferred? I very much doubt that there is any legal basis for what they're doing here.

I asked them to transfer back my money from the Advertiser account to Publisher account. They didn't do that! Instead, they took all the money and closed my Advertiser account.

Heh. Sorry, I meant it the other way. Did you ask to have your publisher earnings transferred to your advertiser account, or did you link them in any way?

I didn't transfer the money myself. I opened an Advertiser account there to try and see how it looks, etc. BUT, their staff/system automatically transferred my earnings to that account. I told them to transfer my earnings back and delete the Advertiser account. They deleted my Advertiser account, but didn't transfer the money first. People, CLICKSOR is a bad company and I hope this company crashes in the near future.

I think you should consider PMing the guy up there, he might actually solve the problem, i dont think they want to get bad reputation, at least on such large community board like this...

Would it hurt giving him the details to your account ID's? I personally don't think it would, so there is no harm in it, just give him those details and hope for the best. Or you can always ask him for a clicksor email, which you could email those details to.

    Best of luck.

Since the request of transferring the fund back into your publisher account was received after the campaign in the advertiser account was finished, there was no fund to transfer back into the publisher account.

After investigation, our record shows that the transferring fund from the publisher account and campaign creation in the advertiser account was taken by the same login info as in the publisher account.

Without any information from the client, our advertiser team could not create a campaign on your behalf.

Furthermore, an email regarding the investigation has been sent out to you. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!

I would try to contact the site manager or company manager and make a complaint, that shouldn't be happening.
