Clicksor paying more than adsense

I had clicksor ads displaying on one of my websites for a period of time, and on a similar website, I hosted google ads. Both had similar traffic ratings, and both websites were used for the same purpose. However, the amount I got paid for each click on the clicksor ads seemed to be a lot higher than what I got paid for adsense. Was wondering...has anyone experienced this?
I thought it was most odd, although the drawback was that clicksor ads weren't ass customizable as adsense.

Yes, google adsense seems somewhat more advanced.

Well Clicksor for me had the worst CPC of any advertising program I've tried.
Maybe its Google Adsense serving poor ads rather than Clicksor being good.

It depends alot of the type of site. Even if the traffic is the same, there is a vast difference it what each sort of site can expect CPC wise.

I notice from your sig you have a proxy site. Typically proxy's generate less revenue than other sites etc.

Oh right, I see. I did put the clicksor ads on my store, however the ads were pretty irrelevant...so i switched back to google ads. Yes, it was my proxy where I had clicksor ads displayed.
Looking at your forum...do you get a lot of interest from the ads at the bottom of the page? I often wondered displaying ads on the forum, but didn't know if it was worthwhile.
    Thanks.

Forums typically generate high page views but with fewer unique visitors. Therefore you tend to get fewer clicks or lower paying. Although there are exceptions such as this forum with so many people brought here via search engines.
