Is there any relation between the average of how much AdSense pays for every click and the PageRank? Did any one notice any increasing of how much he gets for ADSense click when his site got higher PR?
Theres no such relation Not betwen traffic and PR Not betwen PR and pay per click Aldought US traffic pays the best (for english sites)
But why would a higher PR be desirous by those wishing to BUY the links as opposed to buying them on a site with lower PR?
Because higher PR links give your site higher PR, when you have a higher PR, you can sell links to others with higher price.
no there's no relation between them, ppl look for high pr for many reasons one of them is to sell text links
Yes, but WHY? Why would a higher PR get you a better price for selling links? What is it about a higher PR that would make a person want their link on your site rather than on a site with a lower PR?
There is no relation between clicks payment and your page rank. What I wonder though is if premium publishers get the highest paying ads somehow?
There is no relation between them. But if u have high SERP then u can get traffic from search engines and thereby earn more !
There is no direct relation, but I maintain that it is quite probable that sites with higher PR will generally have higher traffic which may translate to higher earnings.
LOL, I'm not going to say that I disagree with you as I'm just trying to figure out the real skinny on it myself, but if what you say is true, then there's a lot of people out there buying and selling links and websites based on a number. Whole businesses based upon it, too. There is also a lot of people out there losing sleep, conniving, and scheming over nothing but a number. If so, Google's having one helluva snicker over the whole thing.
Quite possibly...evidence in favor of that is that no one has yet posted WHY you would be able to sell links for more on a higher PR site.
Well, If you say so then you could say 100000000$ is just a number too Go to TLA, add a PR0 site and check the average market text link price, then choose any PR6 or PR7 site you like and compare. You'll get the idea why it's not just a number. To Adpubster, the above is one of the reasons why people want higher PR also, you can sell High PR sites with much higher price. Add to this, if my site and yours have the same keywords in anchor text and if my site is PR1 and yours is PR7, you'll be number 1 or 2 in SERP while I would be number 646221 maybe Imagine the traffic difference.
The way I've looked at this ever since a similar question was asked a week or so ago is that PR either means something or it means nothing, when it comes to earnings (duh) No one really knows the true official meaning of PR, at least not from the responses to some pointed questions I've made, other than that you can sell links for a higher price. Why? Even if PR officially means zilch, nada, zippo, there has become a mystique about it that has given it de facto meaning. People are more willing to link exchange with higher PR sites. Even if that PR means nothing, the fact that all these people have been "buffaloed" has created a situation where higher PR sites will likely get higher traffic. And we all know that content and traffic are key items in Adsense.
