Clicks on Webmaster tools are different from clicks on Analytics

    Hello everyone,
I notice a substantial difference between the clicks recorded on Webmaster tools (in the Search queries) and those on Analytics, which are generally at least twice.
It means that informations on Webmaster tools are less accurate? Or too optimistic ones on Analytics?
I would like to hear opinions about it ... Have you ever found the same difference?
    Thanks :)

Webmaster tools is generally just an approximation, their numbers are usually a bit off. The numbers in Analytics should be the real number so go on them. It's something to do with Google wanting to not tell everybody everything so keep stuff to themselves!
I quite often find that the webmaster tools is about half of my site traffic for all of my sites.

and since you have an embedded code of analytics on your site, it can show more accurate results than webmaster tools..

Google webmaster will give click details based on google search engine but analytics is for all. So, they may be different.
