I usually get 7-8 clicks/day. Yea not a big site. Anyways since last 3-4 days my clicks r not getting counted. I m getting visitors my no clicks. Its not possible that suddenly 0 clicks everyday frm 7-8 clicks/day. This prob is coming frm last 3-4 days. I waited for 2 days and asked one of my frnd to click on my ad. But when I checked it was showing 0 clicks. I mean it shld atleast show 1 click. Only page imps r getting counted. Else everything is zero. What shld I do?
This is a huge problem - you have to take it on trust that the PPC company is paying you what you're owed although I suspect, in some cases, they don't always do this. The only way of proving it is to ask someone to click your ads and then see if it shows on your account, but this is breaking the rules. Don't tell them you've done this because they'll not only (a) know you are wise to their potential thievery but (b) ban you for invalid clicks. You just have to take it on trust that you get paid for every click - but some of these companies are less than trustworthy. I for one am getting very pissed off with a company called Oxado where it appears you get robbed of clicks (compared to my previous PPC) and get a very low pay out (like 3 or 4 clicks = 1 cent).
It could be repeat clicks from the same site visitor. Someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe google only counts one click per person per 30 day period. So if I were to visit your site twice a week and click on a link every time I visited, only one of those clicks per 30 days would count in your stats. Perhaps that is the problem.
