Clicks from same network

Is this the possible trouble with AdSense?

What happens if I'm a member of an amateur wireless network in my place and we all connect to the internet through the same link, using local wireless ISP? If member of that network visits my site and clicks on Google Ads, whould this be a problem, because we all share the same IP address?

    Should I suffer any consequencies?
Maybe google uses something else to identify those who click on ads.

    You mean, like cookies?
Besause, I can't restrict people to visit my site if they want. Or maybe I can with some special code implemented in website's code to restrict users from specific IP to visit my pages?

I would just suggest avoiding any network logins to avoid suspicion.

Angellica was saying that Google isn't retarded. They know that there will be instances where people from a huge network may click on the ads, but that doesn't mean you did. They could check a various amount of things in order to see if the click did originate from you. Not just by using the IP.

You could ban your own IP :)

I would advice against telling anybody you know about your sites, that way you'll be safer. If you don't want to follow this advice because you like telling your friends about your sites, then do it, but the safest way is be quiet about it and certainly not have your friend visit your site regularly, plus from the same network as you, this is asking for troubles! Or, if you have a fixed IP, then surely don't display adsense for this IP (with PHP)

But even then, I personnally don't tell my friends about exactly what sites I'm creating, and they don't care anyway they're not interested in the topics I'm creating my sites on.

Nothing wrong, I just recommend against it, but you can do it if you want, then you'll use the appeal form to explain them that in case they disable your account for fraudulent clicks and then you'll hope for the best outcome.

Agreed. Feel it's better not to tell anyone about your sites/blogs with adsense on. You might be surprised how "helpful" some of your friends are in helping to break your adsense record :)

I think, so far, the best solution is to ban my own IP, or even better to upload content of a site using other connection. My wireless network is around 50 users average (30 that I personally know). <DC Hub Network>
So it would be no harm to me and to my revenue :)
