clicks but no revenue

Yesterday I got 69 impressions and 9 clicks on a new site bit zero revenue. What can cause this? Is it something I should be worried about?

    Thanks,

    Jez.

Have you made those 9 clicks ??

Because google is not giving money for clicks which are from same IPs.

Someone may be clicking on your ads repeatedly which might well sound alarm bells with Google.

You are probably best off emailing them and asking what's going on. Just to be on the safe side.

yes, you should email google support about this, I supspect that google decide that those clicks are not a valid click, and decided to remove the revenue, this things do happen without prior notice

I have never even accidentally clicked my own ads in the nearly 2 years I have been running them.

So, you all think I should write and ask them?

    Thanks,

    Jez.

Could be many reasons (all discussed here before):

    1. Fraudulent Clicks
    2. Clicks still pending (under investigation of sorts)
    3. It's on CPM ads.

    What's there to write about?

    Just leave it.

Sounds like fraudulent clicks issue to me. If this continues you should warn Google about it.

I had the opposite today: 2 clicks and NO impressions (and a few cents!).

It happened right about 12am California time, I figure what happened is that someone loaded up one of my pages shortly before the day change, then clicked the ads after midnight.

Or, my account was hacked by aliens. One of the two.

This sort of thing has happened to me before, and there have been no problems so far. I think they're CPM ads that apparently don't pay even a cent.

they must be repeated clicks from some of your users

there is a possiblity that the person who clicked 9 of your ads would had opened his adsense account on the same machine.

so, google will not pay your if someone had opened his/her adsense account oin the same machine.

So, there is nothing to worry about./.
