Seems that adsense is not performing well for me anymore.

The last week or so most ads have nothing to do with the website niche and the clicks are at 1/5 of what the used to be.

Not sure what is happening and also 1 week is a very narrow period of time to tell but i thing that is has to do with the changes Google did.

hard to tell if there might be a reason without seeing your site - if you post it we can check for anything obvious.. otherwise if you contact Adsense support, they might be able to fix it for you.

Create a page on your site that contains a very specific article that relates to your keywords. Make it so specific that there is no way that Google can think it is not about your niche. Then check those ads. If they are irrlevant then Google thinks your whole site is irrelevant.

I work very tight niches. And for me this past week has been way above normal.

Each webmaster is one of likely a million or more participants. So while there may be a trend due to economic factors there are still plenty of sites performing normally.

a bit of an offtopic, how long does adsense need to start showing relevant ads after you have started a new site?
