Hi, Friends before starting absence, i listen that its a good way to earn the money through your website. But this time i have 30 clicks and almost 2500 page impression on my site but i have only $0.94 in my account. Can anyone tell me how google calculate this . Thanks
Hello it's adsense not absence. Google has a certain basis for each ad, it will depend on the product that you are advertising.
30 clicks and $ 0.94 is a very pathetic earning. I think your niche is not a high paying one; along with that you are being smart priced.
Kindly have a look of my site http://www.funclue.com and give me suggestions what i shall do to get better results of clicks.
Hi areaba dont worry about that, you are not alone here, i m also................... my mobile related site has 3500-4000 traffic monthly but i could earn only $24 in 6 months with 521 clicks. but my other site is giving me sufficient revenue each month by adsense.... it all depends on keyword or topic, for that your page is.
Hi mate, I looked at the site and it looks nice for starters. There's only one problem --- you did not research the keywords for this niche and most "fun" stuff is really very low paying. My suggestion is that you look into average CPC for different content types and try them on your page. For example.... "Car" stuff earns more than "funny" stuff... So I suggest opening, for example, "car jokes"/"funny car videos" section.... This will bring you better cost per click, so you's make more money. You can do it in many different sections.... Open, for example: - "Lawyer jokes" section (this might help you attract high paying law related ads). - "Doctor/Medical jokes" section -- again, this will help you get access to valuable medical ads... - etc.... Basically, incorporate jokes/funny site sections that could intersect with high paying industries and you'll be on the right way. Hope this helps!
I reckon $0.94 for 30 clicks is bad. If you want to test new niche area try writing for an article publishing site. Xomba is my favourite (see my signature) but others exist - Hubpages for instance. The great thing about articles is that you might not have enough knowledge about a topic to base an entire website on (though I know that doesn't stop some people) but you might have enough knowledge to write a short article. Then - if that article performs well (ie pays you at least the sum quoted for 1 click) it might be worth you doing some more research around the topic to publish more related articles (all linking to one another with a contents page article) and/or start a new website of blog based on them...
depend on the price of its ads shown on your web perhaps in your case, ads price per click is about $0,0012
